Dr. Michael Dodd believes life-changing dentistry begins with truly understanding the person behind the smile. He takes the time to listen carefully to each patient’s concerns, goals, and experiences—building relationships rooted in trust, comfort, and clear communication from the very first visit.
He earned his dental degree from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry and has completed advanced training through Spear Education, with a focus on occlusion (bite harmony), dental implants, airway health, and comprehensive treatment planning. Dr. Dodd has a particular passion for full-mouth rehabilitation, helping patients with worn, broken, or failing teeth regain a strong, comfortable bite and renewed confidence.
His approach is thoughtful and highly personalized, combining advanced clinical planning with an eye for long-term function and natural aesthetics. Whether patients are facing complex dental concerns or years of discomfort, Dr. Dodd is dedicated to guiding them through a clear, supportive process toward lasting results.
Understanding that many full-mouth cases come with anxiety or past negative experiences, he offers oral conscious sedation and creates an environment that feels calm, respectful, and reassuring at every step.
Outside the office, Dr. Dodd enjoys spending time outdoors—most often mountain biking and exploring the Arizona landscape. He is also deeply committed to giving back, volunteering with St. Vincent de Paul to provide care for underserved members of the community. He believes that even a small act of kindness can make a lasting impact and strives to go above and beyond—not only for his patients, but for his community as a whole.
